how to enhance myself after my bachelors degree completion for a better future ?

I going to complete my bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering by the month of June 2009.
I wish to improve or enhance myself so that i have a better future.
Whether it may be an idea about higher studies or job or some other thing, please suggest some good ones.
